The philosophy of the Short Game School is to provide an atmosphere in which competitive golfers will improve their scoring skills. The short game school is designed for players who are committed to raising their game to another level. College coaches and PGA professionals will combine comprehensive instruction within college-level practice sessions.

Short Game School Ages
The Short Game School is open to competitive young men and women from 14
to 18 years of age. Students will be grouped together by age and skill
level. Each group and their instructor will stay together throughout
the intensive two-day school.
Personalized Instruction
The student to staff ration will not exceed 6:1. This ratio ensures that each student will receive individualized attention that will be tailored to his or her specific needs. Upon completion of the short game school, each student will receive a video evaluation designed specifically by his or her instructor and a practice plan. This plan will be the guideline that will enable each student to improve after leaving the short game school.
Accommodations
Students attending the Blue Devil Golf Schools Short Game School will be housed at the R. David Thomas Executive Center on Duke University's West Campus. Meals will be served in the Thomas Center and at the Karcher-Ingram Golf Center.
Short Game School Fee
The cost for the Short Game School is $550.00 per student
per session. A $275 registration fee is due with the application. The final payment of $275 is due by the start of the week that the student will be attending. Once a student is accepted, $100 of the total is non-refundable for any reason. Two weeks before the golf school begins, $275 becomes non-refundable.
